Silver~Wear jewelry is a product of Lisa and Lawrence Stella’s creations. Using antique silverware pieces from the late 1800 to early 1900’s, each piece is hand crafted into a wearable piece of art. From the dinner table to the dressing table, Silver~Wear pieces can be described as unique and classy pieces of jewelry.
What started out 4 years ago after visiting antique flee markets back east and creating a few pieces of jewelry for family members quickly turned into a demand for creating more and thus a year later Silver~Wear was born. In September of 2004 the creations of the Stellas were put forward to be juried by the “By Hand” artisan show and they were accepted to be in the Vancouver Gift Show to wholesale their line.
Each shipment is made specifically for the order at hand, ensuring precise, unique, near one of a kind production. As these pieces are wearable art, specific patterns can not be requested, but bead colours and utensil types can. Silver~Wear jewelry is loved and bought because of the “idea” and quality of the piece.
All pieces of the Silver~Wear line are created by the artisans, Lisa and Lawrence who reside in the beautiful North of British Columbia, Canada where they share their home with their 3 amazing sons!
